Host Instructions – Orange Door Customers
Make your Bingo event run smoothly by following these simple steps:
1. Prepare Your Scorecards
- Print out the provided Scorecards. Each A4 sheet contains two A5-sized cards – just cut them down the middle.
- Hand out one card per player (or per pair) along with a marker or pen.
- The game works best when played individually or in pairs.
2. Get Set Up
- Print the Track Listing and keep it nearby. You’ll use this to check winning scorecards.
- Ensure the game video files are ready to play.
3. Load the Bingo Game
- On your Orange Door system, search “BINGO” in the search bar.
- Look for the latest weekly Bingo video files and play them in order – starting from Video 1 and working down.
- Each round lasts 15–20 minutes, and there are 5 rounds per game.
4. Run the Game at Your Own Pace
- After each round, check in with your audience.
- Wait until they’re ready before starting the next round – this gives them time to grab food or drinks.
- Then, simply play the next video when everyone’s set.
5. When Someone Calls “Bingo!”
- Pause the video.
- Use your printed Track Listing to check their Score Sheet.
- Read out their track titles on the microphone to involve the audience.
- If the card checks out, award the prize!
6. Keep the Music Going!
- Before the game, between rounds, and after the show, make sure to keep the vibe alive with music.
- Use your Orange Door system’s play/pause button to control the music. (Screenshot of play/pause on OD
- Do you have OD Remote app? Run from your smartphone (OD Remote screenshot with BBB Loaded).
Enjoy the night and make it a memorable event for your audience!
