Very little! All you need is a laptop or Orange Door system connected to speakers (and TV’s if you’re using the video show), some pens or markers, prizes for your winners, and a big smile.

Each round is about 15 minutes. There are 5 rounds per game, so about 1.5 hours of entertainment

Yes, you can charge customers to play Bar Beats Bingo. That part is completely up to you. We do recommend checking the relevant gambling laws in your area if you plan to charge for cards.

Definitely! Prizes are part of the fun. You can keep it simple with lollies, vouchers, bar tabs, or go big with something like a lawnmower!

All scorecards and player answer sheets are sent via email at the start of each week. 

The games are downloaded onto your laptop or Orange Door system via our game downloader. 

You can easily control the Bar Beats Bingo game from your smartphone or web browser if you have an Orange Door system. If you don’t already have an Orange Door system then the game can be played from your own laptop.

  • Pre-load your videos in a playlist to play seamlessly, or manually start each round when your audience is ready.
