Make your Bingo event fun and easy to run by following these steps:

Step 1: Receive Your Game Pack

• Once your venue is onboarded, you’ll receive a Dropbox link containing:
  • Your weekly game files (5 video rounds)
  • Printable scorecards
  • The answer sheet
• Each game includes 5 video files, with one video per round. ➤ Each round runs for approx. 15 -20 minutes.

Step 2: Distribute the Scorecards

• Print and hand out or sell the Bingo cards—selling them is a great way to raise funds for charity.
• Every scorecard is unique, so luck plays a part, making it fair and fun for all!

Step 3: Let the Games Begin

• Play the video files in order from Round 1 to Round 5.
• Each round includes clues and music – so even non-music experts can join in.
• It’s all about creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Step 4: Someone Yells “Bingo!”

• Players can win prizes for being the first to complete:
  • 1 line
  • 3 lines
  • All 5 lines (also called Blackout)
• Want to mix it up? Offer a bonus prize for anyone who gets a cross pattern!

Step 5: Celebrate & Sing Along

• Join in the singalongs and hand out prizes as winners are announced.
