Run a fun, hassle-free Music Bingo night with these simple steps:

Step 1: Receive Your Game Pack

• Once your venue is onboarded, you’ll receive a Dropbox link with:
  • 5 audio files (one per round)
  • Printable scorecards
  • An answer sheet to help verify winners
• Each round runs for approximately 15 – 20 minutes, giving you around 5 hours of entertainment.

Step 2: Distribute the Scorecards

• Print and hand out or sell the Bingo cards – selling is a great way to support a local charity.
• Every card is different, so there’s always a bit of luck involved!

Step 3: Start the Game

• Press play and begin with Round 1.
• Each round includes music and hidden clues, so anyone can play – no music expertise required.
• When the round ends, pause the audio and start Rounds 2 – 5 when your audience is ready. ➤ This gives people time to grab a drink, order food, or take a break.

Step 4: When Someone Calls “Bingo!”

• Players can win prizes for being the first to complete:
  • 1 line
  • 3 lines
  • All 5 lines (Blackout)
• Want to mix it up? Offer a bonus prize for getting a cross pattern on their card.

Step 5: Celebrate the Winners

• Get involved with the singalongs and hand out prizes to the winners.
